Exchanges & Returns

I hope you love the item you purchased from me, however sometimes things look different online or something happens during shipping.  I cannot accept returns on custom items. Items on sale also cannot be returned. If anything is unclear or you have more questions feel free to contact our customer support team at kristine@miscellanee.com


Exchanges

I will exchange a product that is in their original packaging and in new, original condition within 7 days from the date your order was delivered (per delivery confirmation date with USPS). You are responsible for all shipping costs related to the exchange. Please email kristine@miscellanee.com to arrange an exchange. Please note, the buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of the exchange. 

 

Returns

If an item was damaged during shipping, please notify me within 7 days of the date delivered. Please send photos of the damaged item and packaging to kristine@miscellanee.com. I will work to get a replacement out to you within 7 business days and handle the dispute with the USPS.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 7 business days of your purchase. The product must be in the same new, original condition and packaging  that you received it in and be undamaged in any way. After I receive your item, the item will be inspected and your refund processed, minus the original shipping cost. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 7 business days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. A return tracking number is required as proof of return within 7 business days. 

All returns and exchanges must include a tracking number that is provided to me at the time the item is shipped. Original shipping costs are nonrefundable on your purchase if you choose to return or exchange the item.


Cancellations

Requests to cancel an order must be made within 48 hours of the date the order was placed.
